How do I book a suite at Ball Arena?

To reserve a premium space at Ball Arena, click on the event you wish to attend via the RESERVE NOW Suite page to view available suite options. You can purchase suites directly through the website by entering your credit card details or by contacting the Ball Arena Premium Team at 303-615-6860 or [email protected].

When will I receive my tickets after booking a suite?

After your purchase, a representative from the Ball Arena Premium Team will contact you to coordinate ticket delivery for your suite or premium tickets. All tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only.

How are my tickets delivered?

Premium tickets and parking passes are delivered in mobile format. After your purchase, you will be assigned an online Account Manager via am.ticketmaster.com/kse/, along with instructions on how to access, download, and transfer your tickets. Tickets cannot be printed and must be presented on your mobile device upon entry to Ball Arena. It’s recommended that you electronically transfer tickets to your guests in advance and encourage them to download tickets to their mobile wallets for seamless access.

Will the suite be private to my group?

Most premium products listed for sale on BallArenaPremium.com are private to your group. Select spaces will offer a premium experience in a semi-private or shared space.

Are suites ADA accessible?

Suites and premium spaces at Ball Arena are ADA compliant. Guests can enter through either the Grand Atrium or East Atrium and take elevators to the respective levels.

Payment

What forms of payment are accepted?

Accepted forms of payment on BallArenaPremium.com include:

  • All major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
  • Mobile Payment (Apple Pay)

Certain suites may also be purchased via ACH Transfer or Bank Wire after speaking with a representative.

Is payment required in full?

Yes, full payment is required to secure your suite.

Are there any additional fees?

No additional fees apply when booking through BallArenaPremium.com. The price listed is the price you pay. The only other cost to consider will be in-suite catering expenses, but there is no food and beverage minimum required.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

According to our sales terms and conditions, all sales for suites and premium products are final. For more information regarding rescheduled or canceled events, please see below.

What if my event is postponed or rescheduled?

If an event is postponed, your suite tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date.

What if my event is canceled?

If an event is canceled, a refund will be issued to the purchaser of the suite.

Planning Your Suite Experience

How and when do I order catering?

For premium products that do not include catering, it is available for purchase at an additional cost before your event. After you purchase your suite, a Ball Arena representative will contact you via email or phone to provide further catering instructions. If you wish to inquire about catering proactively, you can email [email protected].

Guests may choose to forgo pre ordering catering in favor of gameday (in-suite) ordering. Please note that the Gameday Suite Menu is more limited than the Preorder Menu.

Catering pre-orders must be submitted one week prior to the event.

Am I required to purchase catering?

No, there is no catering minimum when booking a suite. Guests are allowed to bring food and drink from general concessions back to the suite. However, outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the arena.

How much does catering typically cost?

Catering costs vary based on the experience you desire. Packages are priced according to the number of people in the suite and depend on the type of food and beverage selected—e.g., snacks versus full meals—and the number of guests.

Can I purchase additional tickets (also known as Standing Room Only tickets, SROs) for my suite?

All suites are sold with the maximum allowable number of tickets for the space. Additional tickets are not available for purchase.

Can I get guest passes for my suite?

No. Suites are sold with the maximum allowable number of tickets, we cannot allow non-ticketed guests into the suites.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

We welcome children in our premium spaces! For Denver Nuggets (NBA), Colorado Avalanche (NHL), and Colorado Mammoth (NLL) games, children three (3) years of age and older are required to have a ticket. Children under three (3) years may sit on a ticketed guest's lap. The child ticket policy for concerts and non-sporting events will change by event. Generally, children two (2) years of age and older must have a ticket for these events.

What am I permitted to bring into the suite (and Ball Arena)?

All suite and premium guests must adhere to Ball Arena's bag policy. More details can be found at Ball Arena Policies.

Does my suite ticket grant me access to other areas?

Club Level Suites and Party Suites are located on the Club Level of Ball Arena, granting all guests in those suites access to Club Level amenities, such as high-end concessions.

Match Day Questions

Where do I park?

Suites include parking passes for the Ball Arena Camry Lot.

When does my suite open?

Suites open 90 minutes prior to the start of Denver Nuggets (NBA), Colorado Avalanche (NHL) and Colorado Mammoth (NLL) games. For concerts and non-sporting events, entry times will vary.

Can I order food and beverages from my suite during the event?

Yes, each suite has a dedicated suite attendant. In-game food and beverage orders can be placed through this attendant. A Gameday Suite Menu will be available in the suite upon arrival. The Gameday Menu is slightly more limited than the Advance Catering Menu, but it will still feature stadium favorites and a variety of beverages (water, soft drinks, beer, wine, liquor). In-suite catering items are served in group portions, not individually.

Do I tip our suite attendant?

Yes, gratuity is customary.
